At EZ Carpet, we hope that you are happy with your purchased items, but we understand that online shopping does not always go as planned. If you would like to place a return, please complete our Return Form below and email it to orders@ezcarpet.com.

To be eligible for a return, you must submit the form or contact us via orders@ezcarpet.com within 30 days of placing the order. Once we have received your Return Form, we will initiate the return process by emailing you the corresponding UPS return labels for your order.

Once the returned items arrive back to our warehouse, we will credit the original purchase amount to the payment method used to place the order. Please be aware that if your return is not due to an incorrect product ID, or manufacturer defect, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. You will still be able to return your items, but you will be refunded the original purchase price minus return shipping only.

Return Shipping Cost: Returns that are not due to a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item will be subject to a $10/box of tiles return shipping fee that will be deducted from the refund.
