Our goal is to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to make a return for any reason, we are here to help. To be eligible for a return you must let us know within 30 days of delivery and the product must be undamaged. 

Follow the easy steps below within 30 days of delivery and you will receive a full refund, credited to the payment method used to buy the merchandise. You will not be charged for the shipping and handling for the return.

Here's how you can return the item:

1. Find your order number by logging into your account on ezcarpet.com or in the order confirmation email you got from us.

2. Email info@ezcarpet.com and include the order number, products to be refunded, and quantity. 

Once we have received your request, we will send you a return shipping label to which you will use to send the merchandise back to us. 

When the returned items arrive back to our warehouse, we will credit the refund to the original payment method used to place the order.
