Returns | How to Return Your Carpet Tiles

We hope that you are completely satisfied with your EZ Carpet tiles, but we understand sometimes it's necessary to make a return or exchange. To request a return, please complete our Return Authorization form and email your completed copy to


Cancellation Policy: If you have ordered by mistake or wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 30 minutes of order placement at no cost. We understand this is a short time window, but as we work hard to prepare orders as soon possible, cancellations made after the order has been prepared will require much more attention. Unfortunately after 30 minutes of order placement, you will be charged a 5% restocking fee for any cancelled orders that have already been prepared for shipment. 

If you do not see an email confirmation for your order, please check your spam folder.

All order cancellations must be confirmed by our staff. After a cancellation has been requested by phone or email, please allow 24 hours for a confirmation. If cancellations are not confirmed, they may have already shipped and will be treated as returns. 

Orders that have been shipped are not eligible to be cancelled and must be treated as returns. If you have not yet received your order and wish to return or cancel your order, do not refuse the shipment. Refused shipments will incur additional charges that you will be responsible for. Please accept the shipment and then begin the process of requesting a return within the specified return request 15 day timeframe.


To be eligible for a return...

1.) Your items must:

  • Be in original, unused condition with no sign of wear
  • Have the original plastic adhesive cover intact

2.) Submit your request for a return by completing the Return Form or by contacting us at within 15 days of placing the order.

Other exclusions returns include:

  • Items purchased on Final Sale 
  • Items purchased through other retailers
  • Samples


Once we have received your Return Form, we will initiate the return process by emailing you the corresponding UPS return labels for your order.

When the authorized returned items arrive back to our warehouse, we will credit the original purchase amount minus applicable and disclosed return fees directly to the payment method used to place the order. Once credit has been issued for the items returned to our warehouse, we will send a confirmation to the email address associated with your order. 

Please be aware that if your return is not due to an incorrect product ID, or manufacturer defect, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. You will still be able to return your items, but you will be refunded the original purchase price minus return shipping only.

Return Shipping Cost: Returns that are not due to a manufacturing defect or mis-shipment will be subject to our standard Return Shipping Fee of $12 per individual carton of tiles. There will also be a 15% restocking fee for all returned orders not due to manufacturing defects.

Final Sale: Final sale pricing refers to items purchased at a discount of 20% or more. Items purchased on Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Final Sale items are marked as such on product pages at the time of the order during a promotional window. 

Authorization: To make sure you are eligible for a return on your purchase, we have created a Return Form for you to complete prior to sending your items back. If you send your items back to our warehouse without sending in the Return Form your items may be lost in transit and we will be unable to process your return.

Manufacturing Defect: Manufacturing defects refer to errors made in part of the manufacturing process that went unnoticed by the quality control department. If you received a carpet tile that contains a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order and include a picture of the defect. Once notified, we will issue a return label for the product and issue replacements to be sent for any and all defective tiles. Manufacturing defects include curling edges, incorrect measurements, mis shipment, or face fiber damage.
